- Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in.
- Pets, smoking, drinking, misconduct and speaking loud are prohibited.
- Any equipment damage, penalty is applied.
- Please enjoy your meals on the ground floor if the foods are with strong smell.
- Voice down during 22:00 until 08:00 is required.
- Mango & Stella is not responsible for stolen or damaged personal belongings. Please be sure to take your valuables with you when you leave your room.
- The maximum number of guests per room is based upon room policy. Extra person request has to be confirmed by the property in advance.
- One set of bedding is provided. Each extra bedding cost TWD 100.
- To protect the privacy of guests, room service is not provided during the stay. Please inform the property if you need it. Please inform Mango & Stella in advance of your expected arrival time.
